Shipping policy

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Please review our shipping terms below before placing an order:


Order Processing & Shipment

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as fulfillment begins shortly after. If you need to change something (such as shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at tomas@tilis.lt, and we’ll do our best to assist you — however, changes are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.


Delivery & Responsibility

  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer.

  • If the carrier tracking shows the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, you are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  • We do not issue refunds or reship orders that were lost or stolen after tracking shows delivery.

⚠️ Important: We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.


Shipments to Germany

If you're ordering from or shipping to Germany, risk of loss and damage passes once the shipment crosses the German border. Until that moment, any damage or loss that occurs is the legal responsibility of Printful.


Lost Packages / Shipment Issues

If your order appears lost in transit (e.g., stuck in tracking or never delivered), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

Lost shipment claims must:

  • Be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Include the order number and a brief description of the issue

All such claims are subject to Printful’s investigation and approval.


Summary

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation

  • You’re responsible for verifying shipping details during checkout

  • We are not liable for issues after confirmed delivery (e.g. theft from mailbox)

  • Contact us at tomas@tilis.lt within 30 days if something goes wrong with your shipment
